Financial Analyst Role Overview

This position supports key accounting functions, including reconciliation, close process, and accounting activities.

As the organization experiences rapid growth, this role will also drive process enhancements to meet evolving needs.

The Financial Analyst responsibilities encompass month-end activities, ensuring accurate review of account balances, preparation and review of reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis.

The successful candidate will report to a Finance Manager and collaborate with central accounting, finance operations, and global financial teams to ensure effective accounting processes for month-end reporting.

  • Support month-end activities, including closing sub-ledgers, general ledger account reconciliations, reporting, and balance sheet account analysis.
  • Analyze and share month-end Flux analysis for P&L and Balance Sheet accounts with stakeholders, along with the underlying reasons for changes.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and systems design to identify complex issues and develop resolutions.
  • Maintain appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, ensuring they are well-documented and operating as intended.
