We are seeking a highly skilled AI Research Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in designing and developing cutting-edge algorithms for information retrieval, scalable backend systems, and generative AI.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semantic search, vector databases, LLM frameworks, agent-based systems, and document retrieval. They should be skilled in Python for backend development and have experience deploying systems at scale.
- Design and develop novel algorithms for information retrieval and ranking.
- Implement scalable backend systems using distributed computing and containerization.
- Work on GenAI integrations including react agents, graph agents, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.
