  • To manage factory costs and ensure they are accurately accounted for in line with accounting standards and relevant policies.
  • Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data and KPIs.
  • Analyze and monitor the financial performance of business units and provide insights and recommendations to Factory Manager, ISEA Controller, and Management.
  • Partner with ISEA Controller and Factory Manager to identify and initiate actions that drive profitability.
  • Participate in business projects with relevant business partners to drive and manage business performance, such as cost reduction programs across full value chain.
  • Responsible for calculation of standard cost updates according to SKF Policies.
  • Carry out Balance Sheet review and ensure management of Fixed assets and working capital.
  • Ensure process mapping, policy reviews/development, and strong internal controls.
  • Prepare Adhoc analysis and reports as required.

Requirements

  • CA/CMA with 10-15 years of experience.
  • Good knowledge of common financial standards and systems.
  • Experience with business planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze financial data and prepare concise financial reviews that drive business decisions.
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel and solid understanding of ERP systems.
  • Teamwork, strong networking skills.
