Project Coordinator Role

Studio Chintala seeks an accomplished project coordinator to support client projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Assist project managers in planning and managing projects.
    • Maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Communicate with internal teams and clients for smooth project execution.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Utilize Excel to track budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Create dashboards and reports using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.
    • Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
    • Support forecasting and workload planning based on project data.
  • Contract Administration:
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in project coordination, preferably in architecture or construction.
  • Strong Excel skills and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
