Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Risk and Compliance Manager to lead our risk management activities within the HR function. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to design strategies and work plans that ensure compliance and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead risk management activities across the HR function, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Design and implement strategies and work plans to mitigate risks and ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Represent HR in centralized risk management forums and projects, driving collaboration and coordination.
  • Interpret central requests and facilitate the delivery of required work within HR, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Own controls testing for HR, providing related assurance and tracking remediation and control/documentation improvements.
  • Ensure HR compliance through continued evolution of compliance programs/controls, staying ahead of emerging risks.
  • Design new risk-related programs of work to address emerging strategic HR risk management issues, fostering a culture of risk awareness.
  • Lead on resolution and represent risk management and compliance on internal HR projects, driving business outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Masters/Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years experience in Project management leading cross-functional projects and programs in HR Risk.
  • 8+ years experience in Risk or Audit Management, with a proven track record of success.
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification, demonstrating expertise in process improvement.
