Lead Maintenance Coordinator

A skilled professional with 10 years of experience in maintenance and utilities management is sought to coordinate plant operations and ensure efficient performance.

  • Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation), professional certifications in Energy Management, Boiler Engineering, and TPM Facilitation, as well as expertise in milk processing equipment, utility systems, and advanced maintenance practices.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage a team of 100 personnel while promoting a culture of human safety.

Responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Plant Maintenance Manager
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Coordinating maintenance activities, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Developing and implementing energy-saving initiatives
  • Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement
  • Liaising with government agencies and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
