Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed financial records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare timely and informative reports for senior management, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Assist with internal audits and provide support as needed to maintain the highest level of financial integrity.
  • Process invoices and prepare payment requests in a timely manner to ensure efficient cash flow management.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including general ledger and accounts payable/receivable systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
