Lead AI Educator Role

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced AI Faculty Member to join our EdTech team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and making complex AI concepts accessible and relevant to business contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging live online classes on core AI topics including data analytics, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Incorporate real-world case studies and examples to demonstrate the integration of AI into various industries and functions.
  • Mentor learners, providing project guidance, assignment feedback, and doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Collaborate with academic operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent learner experience.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in the AI, machine learning, or data science space.
  • 2+ years of experience teaching online to adult learners or business professionals.
  • Strong grasp of technical depth and business application, with ability to teach concepts like neural networks and explain how AI drives business transformation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, Jupyter Notebooks, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Tableau, Power BI, and Git.
  • Understanding of AI's strategic role in automation, decision-making, and innovation across industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience mentoring capstone or industry projects.
  • Exposure to generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, and LLM-based systems.
  • A portfolio of past workshops, content, and instructional material.
  • Experience in curriculum design and learner assessments.
