Job Title: Senior Manager

Description:

We are seeking a talented professional to spearhead our technology initiatives and drive quality assurance. This role will be based in Mumbai.

This is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality test automation frameworks for Marsh broking platforms.
  • Foster a culture of quality assurance, leveraging expertise in manual and automation testing.
  • Analyze, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Formulate effective vendor strategies.
  • Promote the adoption of new technologies and testing tools to drive efficiencies through automation.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best-in-class practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 14+ years of experience delivering global digital products and capabilities.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to ideate innovative solutions for QA.
  • Hands-on experience with Web and API testing using Playwright, Selenium.
  • Agile project management tools proficiency – ADO.
  • NoSQL database knowledge – MongoDB.
  • Experience with JavaScript-based testing frameworks.
  • Public cloud technology stack expertise – AWS, Azure.
  • Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving.
  • Delivery of software quality assurance in Agile environments.
  • Vendor partnership and efficiency driving skills.
