Job Title: Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to manage and coordinate complex projects or initiatives. The successful candidate will join our Cloud Services team and ensure alignment, governance, and successful delivery of those initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives involving multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Define program roadmap, scope, objectives, and success metrics/reporting in alignment with business goals & director.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across various departments.
  • Monitor program/project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Support teams in their project management role: providing guidance on program/project structure, processes, and activities that ensure a success story.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, standards, security rules and cloud strategy.
  • Provide regular updates to the program director and leadership team.
  • Act as a change agent, driving digital transformation and innovation across departments.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in managing private and/or public cloud IT programs with multiple workstreams.
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies (agile, waterfall).
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI).
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with ITIL V4.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management, years in a leadership role is a plus.
  • Experience in a multinational or matrix organization with a focus on sustainability and digital transformation is a plus.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and team-building capabilities, and be able to influence without authority.
