Mission-Critical Structural Leadership


We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and execution of high-profile projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in structural analysis, design, and project management. Key Responsibilities
  • Structural Design Leadership: Oversee the structural design of projects from inception through completion, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Technical Expertise: Review geotechnical reports, vendor drawings, and fabrication drawings. Advise clients on structural requirements to ensure compliance with safety codes and operational needs.
  • Project & Team Management: Manage project scope, schedule, and resources, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Mentor and guide a team of engineers, supporting manpower planning and conducting performance appraisals to foster career growth.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to quality assurance/quality control processes and company/site safety policies.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders to develop a clash-free system design.
Qualifications & Skillsets
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required, with a Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience, with a preference for EPC project experience.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to produce accurate work.
  • Personal Attributes: A dynamic personality who is eager to learn and committed to a long-term role.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to support inter-departmental initiatives.
