Job Title: Reporting Analyst

Transforming data into actionable insights is key to operational efficiency and business strategy. The Reporting Analyst ensures timely reporting and provides analysis that drives decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through effective data storytelling.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis to optimize resource allocation.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards to protect sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a contact center or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros) and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) and ability to query databases using SQL.
  • Solid understanding of problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
