Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Data Insights Specialist to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conversion & journey analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive analytics models to diagnose drop-offs (landing → ATC → checkout → purchase).
  • Dashboards & reporting: Design and maintain automated executive and team dashboards in BI tools, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and data quality.
  • Forecasting & planning support: Partner with stakeholders to project traffic, conversion, and revenue; provide data-backed scenarios for demand planning.
  • Data QA & governance: Validate event tracking and schema changes; ensure metric definitions and documentation are consistent and trustworthy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, Lifecycle/CRM, and Engineering teams to translate business questions into analysis and decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics, preferably in eCommerce or consumer DTC, with a proven track record of impact on conversion and revenue.
  • Expert SQL skills and comfort working in cloud warehouses.
  • BI proficiency: Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI—able to design crisp, self-serve dashboards.
  • Event modeling and custom dimensions expertise; ability to reconcile GA4 with platform data.
  • Scripting for analysis/automation: Python or R for data wrangling, notebooks, and lightweight jobs.
  • Clear storytelling with data and practical recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing attribution, MMM, or causal inference.
  • Familiarity with analytics engineering tools and tracking specs/GTM.
  • Prior impact in a high-growth eCommerce environment, with measurable wins (CRO, CPA/LTV).
