As a key member of our data team, you will play a vital role in delivering complex transformation programs that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Elicit and analyze business requirements, identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain logical and physical data models, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Maintain metadata analysis, including entity and attribute naming conventions.
  • Provide advanced data knowledge and technical support for requirements development.
  • Understand user journeys end-to-end, extending beyond system functionality.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality analytics and reporting solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4-10 years of experience in data analysis or data modeling.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data modeling concepts, including conceptual, logical, and physical aspects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to build rapport and relationships between business and technical teams.

You Will Also Have:

  • Advanced SQL and MS Office skills.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling tools like Erwin and Visual Paradigm.
  • Proficiency in GCP Big Query.
