Integration Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Order Gateway team in a key role that involves exchange connectivity and system integration. This position focuses on delivering new venue connections, managing migrations, and ensuring trading systems support evolving business needs.

About the Role:

  • Take ownership of order entry and drop copy integration projects from inception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, exchanges, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement seamless integrations.
  • Drive system migrations, platform upgrades, and technology transitions.
  • Optimize workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Participate in production support, release management, and ensuring system reliability.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in systems integration, preferably with exposure to exchange connectivity.
  • A strong understanding of trade lifecycle and experience with FIX protocol.
  • Proficiency in Linux environments.
  • Experience with C++ or Python is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and asset classes is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in hedge funds or investment banks is preferred.
