Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and analyze complex business requirements through various techniques, including interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis.
- Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and design teams to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and alignment of project goals.
- Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including wireframes, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Manage project timelines, identify and track project dependencies, and proactively mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), meticulously document test findings, and provide actionable recommendations for process and system improvements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Support the implementation of new processes and systems, including developing training materials and providing end-user support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to effectively communicate project-related information and gather feedback.
