We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of our applications.

Role : Senior QA Automation Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • We design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Playwright or similar frameworks.
  • We collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers for comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business requirements.
  • We build reusable test frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
  • We integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
  • We identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with engineering to drive resolution.
  • We develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing efforts.
  • We conduct performance, regression, and cross-browser testing to validate application quality.
  • We stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in test automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, 3+ years in test automation using Playwright or equivalent.
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, including test script writing for browser automation.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API testing tools.
  • Experience with version control systems and collaborative workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
