Manual Tester Job Opportunity

We are seeking a meticulous manual tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in manual testing of software applications, with a focus on Marketing Cloud functionalities.

The role involves developing, maintaining, and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories, particularly for Marketing Cloud data. You will also be responsible for performing functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications, identifying, documenting, and reporting defects in the issue tracking system, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.

In this role, you will participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems including those related to Marketing Cloud interactions. You will work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure comprehensive test coverage. You will also provide feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience. Documenting and providing clear reports on testing activities and project quality status are key responsibilities. Following established QA Best Practices and creating positive and negative test cases following provided requirements are also essential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a manual tester or similar role, with a focus on manual testing of software applications, including those integrated with Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in creating and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans, specifically for Marketing Cloud functionalities.
  • Familiarity with software development and QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Fluency in English.
