Job Description:
As the Lead - Convention Center, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business model for the Convention Center, including financial projections, market analysis, and risk assessment. You will also lead the overall convention center product mix planning and guidance for design development, including technical specifications. Additionally, you will keep abreast with global and local trends on new technologies, business formats, and evolving industry landscapes, guiding senior management for strategic decision making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 15-18 years of experience in Real Estate strategy with a strong background in convention centers, cultural centers strategy, planning, research, and feasibility
- Business modeling and analysis skills
- Domain knowledge of hospitality, convention center consulting, and MICE market
- Strong understanding of convention centre planning, architecture planning, and technical requirements
