Job Title: Manual Automation QA Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Automation QA Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards for software products by collaborating with developers, architects, product managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements and product specifications.
  • Identify, document, and report defects using an issue tracking system.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
  • Maintain and update test cases, test scripts, and test documentation to ensure proper tracking of testing efforts.
  • Provide feedback on processes and workflows to improve the overall quality assurance process.
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in manual and automation testing, ideally more than 3 years in a similar QA role.
  • Proficiency in writing detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • Basic understanding of performance and security testing.
  • Experience with automated testing tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
