Job Role

Seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect with strong IT/Tech strategy expertise in the healthcare sector.

  • Evaluate current IT landscapes, identifying gaps and recommend future-state architecture and implementation strategies.
  • Develop enterprise architecture blueprints aligned with business goals, focusing on interoperability, patient-centric systems, data exchange, and digital health solutions.
  • Drive IT strategy formulation, target operating model design, and large-scale digital transformation roadmaps for hospitals, government health entities, and insurance providers.
  • Design and govern architecture across applications, data, technology, and infrastructure layers.
  • Define and execute IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Understand TOGAF framework, principles, and methodologies for architecture development.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives using Agile and DevOps approaches.

The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of relevant experience and be willing to travel to the Middle East for long-term assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on healthcare technology and systems.
  • Consulting background (preferably in Big 4) with client-facing delivery experience.
  • Familiarity with EA frameworks (TOGAF etc.)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel/deploy to the Middle East (especially KSA/UAE) for long-term assignments.
