As a Central Head, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our malls, ensuring seamless execution of strategies that boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in leasing, technical services, and facilities management to contribute to the growth of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive strategies, overseeing leasing activities, managing 360-degree mall operations, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to ensure smooth and efficient mall operations, aligning them with organizational goals and driving profitability.

Leasing Management:

* Oversee leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants that align with the mall's vision and target customer base, negotiating lease agreements for optimal financial outcomes and compliance with company policies.

Operational Excellence:

* Manage 360-degree mall operations, including technical services (infrastructure maintenance, safety, and compliance), soft services (housekeeping, security, and customer service), and monitor the performance of outsourced service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.

Financial Management:

* Prepare and manage budgets for operations, leasing, and marketing activities, analyzing financial reports to take corrective actions and achieve cost optimization and profitability.

Marketing and Customer Engagement:

* Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement events, promotions, and campaigns to increase footfall, ensuring an excellent shopping experience by enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance and Safety:

* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards, developing and implementing disaster management and contingency plans.

Team Leadership:

* Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team to drive performance and achieve operational goals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.

Stakeholder Management:

* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, tenants, vendors, and community organizations.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.

* 3-4 years of experience in mall management, retail operations, or real estate, with proven expertise in leasing, technical services, and facilities management.

Skills:

* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
