**Job Description**

As a Marketing Research Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account-based marketing and outreach initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and compile lists of target companies and personas across defined geographies and industries.
  • Utilize multiple tools to create a comprehensive contact list of target personas, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Analyze and document detailed insights about target companies, their business priorities, challenges, and decision-making structures.
  • Research target personas, focusing on roles, responsibilities, and pain points, to inform personalized outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide research insights that will drive tailored messaging for outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain and regularly update databases with accurate and up-to-date information on target accounts and personas.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities for expansion or optimization.
  • Prepare reports summarizing research findings and recommendations to support the broader marketing and sales strategy.

**Requirements**

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for uncovering actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings effectively.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
