At BHIVE Workspace, we're seeking an accomplished Market Research Professional to lead our efforts in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market intelligence. This role demands expertise in competition benchmarking, customer insights, and strategic recommendations to drive our Real Estate (RE) content platform forward.
About the Role- We're looking for a skilled Market Research Professional with 5-6 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or brand strategy roles. A strong preference is given to candidates with exposure to the real estate or coworking sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic outlook, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to turn research into actionable strategies that propel BHIVE's growth. You'll be responsible for:
Main Responsibilities- Competition Benchmarking and Industry Analysis: Conduct comprehensive competitive benchmarking to understand market positioning, pricing, and offerings of key competitors in coworking and managed office spaces. Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting the real estate and coworking sectors.
- Real Estate Content Strategy: Research consumer needs and preferences in the real estate and coworking markets to identify opportunities for BHIVE's RE content platform. Evaluate performance metrics of content initiatives and recommend improvements for user engagement and content value.
- Brand Strategy and Positioning: Monitor and evaluate BHIVE's brand performance across channels to ensure it aligns with market trends and customer perceptions. Conduct brand health studies and suggest strategies for enhancing brand visibility, loyalty, and trust.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the go-to expert for market intelligence, ensuring research insights are integrated into product, marketing, and business strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to align goals with market opportunities.
