As a key member of BCG's IT & Business Platforms Portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end development lifecycle for the Ava Automated Virtual Agent GenAI chatbot and other Service Management capabilities. You will work closely with the Product Owner, engineering team members, and customers to deliver high-value business initiatives with measurable outcomes. Your expertise in Agile methodology, data analysis, and software development will be instrumental in translating customer requirements into effective user stories and facilitating collaboration across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the GenAI chatbot roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader service vision and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate detailed requirements, populating the Product Backlog and supporting delivery of high-priority initiatives.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to deliver initiatives with measurable business outcomes and key results, leveraging data analysis and modeling to inform decision-making.
- Provide consultative guidance on creative problem-solving, advocating for scalable long-term solutions that benefit both the business and technical architecture.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop remediation plans for major incidents or operational troubleshooting activities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years' experience in a related field, such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, ServiceNow Admin, or Agile Product Manager.
- Strong understanding of service and workflow management, with proficiency in Agile methodology and experience with Atlassian tools.
You will report directly to the Product Owner within BCG's IT & Business Platforms Portfolio, working closely with the entire Squad, including Scrum Lead, Developers, and QA Analysts.
