Job Title: Infrastructure Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure systems tailored to our operational needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure system settings and user permissions, ensuring seamless integration with existing software and hardware systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, IT, engineering) to gather system requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
System Administration and Support:
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to the infrastructure software, ensuring the system remains up-to-date and secure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues, providing technical support to users.
  • Monitor the system's performance, managing downtime and minimizing disruptions to maintenance operations.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of infrastructure data, including maintenance logs, work orders, inventory management, and asset history.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to asset performance, maintenance schedules, and resource utilization to support decision-making.
Training and User Support:
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users on infrastructure functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Provide ongoing user support, assisting maintenance teams with system navigation and query resolution.
System Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in system functionality and propose enhancements to optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with infrastructure software updates, new technologies, and industry trends to recommend upgrades or system improvements.
Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure the infrastructure meets regulatory requirements, safety standards, and data security protocols.
  • Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
  • Coordinate with IT teams for system integration, security patches, and infrastructure management.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to align infrastructure data with operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in managing and supporting infrastructure systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure software platforms is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of asset management, preventive maintenance, and maintenance workflows.
  • Experience with system integration and database management is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and server environments.
  • Proficiency in software troubleshooting, system configurations, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection regulations.
