Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integration Specialist to join our team. As a CMMS Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating our systems with various Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) platforms.

  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their technical and business needs and collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
  • In this role, you will also be responsible for proposing and managing innovative solutions around CMMS Interface topics through the Research and Development process.
  • You will ensure adherence to best practices and contribute to the knowledge base.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Support CMMS Interface technical and business needs in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with platform CMMS teams, Project CMMS teams, and others for design, development, and training of Interfaces.
  • Coordinate support for interfaces developed with platform CMMS teams, warranty or service teams, and subsystem teams.

As a CMMS Integration Specialist, you will be working on the interface between our systems and various CMMS platforms. You will need to have a good understanding of project management principles and experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • Experience or understanding of project management in technology or engineering contexts is desirable.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems and integration principles, familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.

If you have a PMP or equivalent certification, that would be advantageous.
