About this role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of revenue and commissions. The position requires handling inflows and outflows, ensuring standardization and structures, exception-handling mechanisms, and a seamless flow month-on-month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage margins in line with planned budgets and structures
  • Resolve discrepancies and edge-cases by coordinating with internal teams
  • Handle reconciliation of receipts and payouts, and resolve unreconciled items
  • Assist in monthly revenue payouts by collating exceptions, special requests, and coordinating with the Finance & Analytics teams

MIS Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS reports covering brokerage and commission details
  • Generate periodic reports for management, providing insights on revenue distribution and margins, and trend analysis

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency enhancement in brokerage and commission management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting and reconciliation

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CA certification is preferred. At least 2+ years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis in the financial services industry is required. Strong communication skills in English are necessary. Advanced Excel skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy are also essential.
