Financial Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounts Professional to oversee the financial management of our organisation.
- Responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of year-end financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Liaise with banks for credit renewals, limit extensions, and maintain strong banking relationships.
- Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audit processes.
- Analyse financial data to provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
- CMA Semi-qualified or CA certification.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record in handling GST compliance and responding to notices.
- Strong knowledge in managing foreign Letters of Credit (LCs) and staying updated on RBI and import/export regulations.
- Excellent proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
