About the Role

This senior position involves leading validation efforts for cutting-edge wireless chips. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips, as well as strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and probes.

Key responsibilities include developing and mentoring a high-performing validation team, owning the validation strategy for Wi-R System-on-Chip (SoC) and subsystems, establishing world-class labs and automation frameworks, and collaborating with global teams to ensure seamless integration.

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation to deliver industry-leading products. A passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies is highly desirable.

  • Lead Validation Team: Build and mentor a high-performing validation team to lead Ixana's validation efforts.
  • Own Validation Strategy: Own the validation strategy for Wi-R System-on-Chip (SoC) and subsystems.
  • Establish Labs and Automation: Establish world-class labs and automation frameworks to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate Globally: Collaborate with IC design, firmware, and system teams globally to ensure seamless integration.
  • Drive Product Delivery: Drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation to deliver industry-leading products.
