About the Role

This is a transformative opportunity to join our executive team as a Co-Founder. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving product and technology strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the web and mobile product roadmap from MVP to scale.
  • Build and lead a small engineering team, focusing on architecture, CI/CD, cloud operations, and security.
  • Design and implement customer-facing features, including booking and payments, itinerary builder, psychometric assessments, content/LMS delivery, user profiles, and dashboards.
  • Establish integrations with payment gateways, calendar and travel APIs, Zoom/meeting tools, CRM, and analytics.
  • Drive operational excellence through automation of ops, SLAs, vendor portals, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Represent the technical voice in investor pitches and partner meetings, creating demos, MVP prototypes, and technical sections of pitch decks.
  • Collaborate closely with Founders on GTM, pricing logic, and product-market fit.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience building product startups or platforms, with full-stack and DevOps expertise.
  • Strong frontend and backend experience, including React/Next, React Native/Flutter, or equivalent, and Node.js/Django/Go.
  • Cloud and infrastructure knowledge, including AWS/GCP experience, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab), and monitoring.
  • Experience integrating payments, calendars, video SDKs, and CRMs.
  • Comfortable building demos and pitching tech to investors and partners.
  • Strong operations mindset, with process, automation, vendor, and SLA management skills.
  • Founder/owner mentality, high ownership, and excellent communication skills.

  • Prior early-stage/co-founder experience and equity literacy.
