Job Title: Product Specialist, Licensing

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled product specialist to oversee the installation and licensing of our software. The ideal candidate will have experience with technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues.

Your responsibilities will include managing software installers across various platforms, ensuring smooth customer experiences, and collaborating with development teams to align product features with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to software installation and runtime.
  • Define and own the long-term vision for IT-facing components of our software.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to deliver timely feature updates.
  • Oversee concurrent development projects and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field.
  • Experience with software installation, licensing management tools, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work from 3 pm to 11.59 pm IST to collaborate with global teams.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working with CAE software (e.g. GT-SUITE, ANSYS, Amesim).
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and virtualization (e.g., AWS, VMware, Docker).
  • Experience with Agile development methods and associated software.
