Business Consultant

About the Position:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to fill this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale implementations and agile product development.
  • This is a full-time opportunity with multiple positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure end-to-end planning and coordinated communication between teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Lead technical installations and track software versions and configurations.
  3. Effectively communicate and report status and metrics to stakeholders.
  4. Remove impediments impacting cross-functional teams.
  5. Drive process, cadence, and ceremonies across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with other experts and teams.
  • Result orientation and sense of urgency.
  • Creative problem solving.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing projects using SDLC.
  • 5+ years in large enterprise organizations.

Essential Capabilities:

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Professional Requirements:

  • Project management or engineering background.
