About the Role

  • Use AI design tools like Figma AI, Adobe XD, Sketch, Midjourney, DALL-E, UXPin, Uizard, Lovable, Jasper & Galileo AI to rapidly ideate and iterate
  • Prototype lightning-fast using AI to generate variations, test concepts, and explore design directions
  • Create intelligent design systems that adapt to user behavior and business needs
  • Experiment with emerging AI tools and integrate them into your creative workflow
  • Push creative boundaries by combining human intuition with machine-generated possibilities

Craft Human-Centered Experiences

  • Design intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise applications & consumer products
  • Conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve real user problems
  • Develop design systems that ensure consistency across multiple products & platforms
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles in every project

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications
  • AI tool proficiency - demonstrated experience with AI-powered design tools
  • Color theory mastery - exceptional understanding of color psychology, accessibility, and visual hierarchy
  • User empathy - proven ability to understand user needs through research, testing, and data analysis
  • Design systems expertise - experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems
  • Prototyping skills - proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
  • Strategic planning abilities - proven track record of planning design systems ahead, creating roadmaps, and anticipating scalability needs
  • AI prompting mastery - expertise in prompt engineering to extract maximum value from AI tools
