Job Title: Telecom Operations Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Operations Manager to lead our contact center operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance customer interactions and streamline operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop business solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Establish metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.
  • Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Design and operate global contact center technologies built on heterogeneous platforms.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices.
  • Continuously assess and refine workflows to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

About You:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • You have 10+ years' overall experience in the contact center domain.
  • You have strong team management experience.
  • Certifications in contact center management or cloud contact center platforms are advantageous.

Key Qualities:

  • Fair understanding of network basics.
  • Strong experience with structured enterprise architecture practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
