Job Title: Control and Reporting Assistant Analyst

The Control and Reporting Assistant Analyst will be a key member of the Sector Controls and Reporting group, reporting directly to the Sector HFM team lead. This individual will primarily focus on Sector's HFM reporting and assist in validation of HFM results for sector submission to Corporate.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the validation of HFM results for making submissions to Corporate.
  • Assist in FDM management and finalizing results for review with Sector Reporting Senior Management.
  • Review monthly volume submissions and coordinate with BU teams for quarterly CaseSales Update requests.
  • Manage reporting calendars, finalize and circulate instructions to BUs, and prepare internal review checklists.
  • Update Sharepoint Submission Status and deliverables folders monthly, share FX rates with BUs, and maintain email distribution lists for communication.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of relevant accounting-related experience.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal English skills.
