Job Title: Data Loss Prevention Specialist

KPMG in India offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for a Data Loss Prevention Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing data loss prevention solutions to mitigate risk and improve performance.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with DLP tools, strong understanding of data classification, encryption, and regulatory compliance frameworks, as well as expertise in network security, endpoint security, and cloud security. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders, and excellent documentation and report-writing abilities are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deploying, configuring, and managing DLP solutions
  • Designing and implementing DLP policies for email, endpoints, cloud storage, and web traffic
  • Integrating DLP with SIEM, CASB, and other security tools for centralized monitoring
  • Conducting proof-of-concept testing for new DLP features and updates
  • Working with IT teams and business units to align DLP configurations with organizational security policies

The ideal candidate will have certifications such as Certified Forcepoint DLP System Engineer or Symantec Data Loss Prevention 15.5 Technical Specialist. A collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams is also required.
