We are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join our Multi-Domain Mobility Engineering Group in Pune. In this role, you will support the Director and Senior Director as well as the Mobility teams in the region, managing their calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and team offsites.
Job Description
- Manage the calendar and meetings for the Senior Director, frequently collaborating with counterparts in the US.
- Coordinate with the travel desk to arrange travel plans and handle expense reporting.
- Coordinate offsites, fun activities, town halls, and manage the site-level budget for these events.
- Assist in planning and organizing meetings, including handling the agenda and tracking action items.
- Work closely with US counterparts to coordinate and handle travel and meetings during executive visits from the US.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in managing processes, working with travel desks, arranging team offsites, and negotiating with vendors.
- Demonstrated ability supporting Directors, Senior Directors, or higher-level executives.
- Proficient in using Outlook Calendar.
- Strong proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in building strategy and collaborating across teams and locations is essential.
Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum
