About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Process Associate to join our team at Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving process excellence and delivering high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers to analyze queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and oversee dedicated operations and processes within an assigned team.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members to support their growth and development.
  • Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage escalations within defined procedures and prioritize tasks to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Support the implementation of the business line roadmap/strategy in strong alignment with management.
  • Participate in Business Continuity related activities.
Requirements
  • Graduation in Computer Engineering is preferred.
  • A relevant educational/academic degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or similar.
  • Between 2-4 years of experience in Siemens or in similar functions in other companies.
  • Fluent knowledge of English language (Write and Spoken) (mandatory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • You are flexible working for night shift or early morning shift.
  • To be People oriented.
  • To be a Team Player with a strong customer focus and results & quality orientation.
  • To create an open environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A strong ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment.
