We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Professional who can drive growth through digital marketing and web development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and create targeted campaigns for conversions, leads, and brand awareness.
  • Design and test ad creatives, copy, and formats (image, carousel, video, reels, etc.) to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets and bids to ensure return on investment.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
  • Monitor competitor ad strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Run A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and targeting to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and present insights with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Experience in retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads and ability to brief creatives effectively.
