Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, updating supplier reconciliation portals, and preparing weekly AP reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding payments, refunds, and reconciliations.
  • Update supplier reconciliation portal.
  • Collaborate with clients to obtain missing vendor bills and approvals.
  • Prepare weekly AP reports and process vendor payments and allocations in books.
  • Review vendor reconciliations performed by associates.
  • Chase W9 from vendors and prepare 1099 workings.
  • Perform tax return reconciliations.
  • Review sales entries on a weekly basis.
  • Review sales tax and prompt tax working file and calculate use tax.
  • Prepare CRT/TPT/8027 and other county tax returns.
  • Reconcile balance sheets.
  • Respond to emails within 48 hours.
  • Deliver AP reports to clients on time.
  • Meet internal month-end closing deadlines (financials).
Qualifications

A Bachelor of Commerce degree is required.
