Job Title: Team Leader Call Center
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to lead our call center team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center, setting clear goals and deadlines, and monitoring team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center.
  • Set clear goals and deadlines for the team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
  • Maintain discipline at the call center.
  • Secure and keep stock of items.
  • Handle all support HR functions of operations, including agent hiring at center level.
  • Responsible for social media engagement of agents reporting to him or her and ensure that agent accounts are created on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Team leader or supervisor.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Good computer skills with MS Excel.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • A graduate or degree in management of any stream.
  • Training in team leading as a plus.
