Cloud Data Expert

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire production support process, ensuring seamless collaboration among global teams to improve technical performance and efficiency.
  • Provide timely and accurate guidance to clients, empowering them to effectively manage their data assets.
  • Promote cross-regional collaboration, guaranteeing 24/7 support for various applications with diverse risk and impact levels.
  • Identify automation opportunities to optimize support processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and product teams to introduce technical enhancements, cost savings, and process improvements in production processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues while maintaining service performance targets.
  • Excellent troubleshooting capabilities are necessary.
  • A high level of communication and coordination skills is required to interact with various external and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive technical discussions.
  • About 8-10 years of IT experience with Big Data, Hadoop, Spark, Scala as primary skill set.
  • Familiarity with Juniper, Airflow, and Control-M scheduling tools is desirable.
