Financial Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented financial data management specialist to oversee accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and provide timely financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Track Expenses and Financial Transactions: Monitor expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings.
- Provide Timely Financial Reports: Generate regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly) to ensure stakeholders are informed of the company's financial position.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Ensure timely payment of invoices and manage cash flow to meet business needs.
- Process Payroll: Oversee the processing of payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, detail oriented.
This is a part-time position requiring 3 days of work per week, offering a flexible schedule for those seeking a balanced lifestyle.
