A Cybersecurity Specialist is required to lead our incident response efforts. At the core of this role is CEIRA, an AI-powered virtual breach response analyst that streamlines ransom negotiations, tracks cryptocurrency payments, conducts forensic investigations, and automates breach notifications.

We are seeking a skilled professional with deep domain expertise in the end-to-end incident response lifecycle – particularly across ransomware, business email compromise, insider threat, and regulatory breach scenarios.

The successful candidate will bring extensive IR experience to shape Promptbook scenarios and playbooks across a wide range of case types, from extortion to insider threats. Key responsibilities include:

  • Subject Matter Expert for Breach Response
  • QA and Feature Testing
  • Promptbook Development & Use Case Design
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Project Management Support

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in hands-on incident response. They must have a strong understanding of the IR lifecycle, including detection, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident review. Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI-generated response design, or project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, etc. is also required.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Ransom negotiation and crypto payment tracking
  • Digital forensics and breach notification
  • Promptbook development and use case design
