Backend Software Engineer II

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Backend Software Engineer II. This position is part of our Customer Engagement team within the U4B organization.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our customer engagement platforms.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing multiple flows, workflows, and automation processes to enhance customer interaction experiences.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams to build trusting relationships and resolve conflicts by understanding different perspectives.
  • Creating efficient code reviews, comprehensive tests, and documentation to ensure reliability and scalability.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in backend development.
  • Solid experience in writing and documenting code to solve complex problems.
  • The ability to write tests to verify functionality and stability of code.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Extensive experience in architecture design and building high-availability, high-performance systems.
  • The ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies.
