Backend Software Engineer Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality Java code using Spring MVC, Spring Boot frameworks, and Microservices architecture.
  • Work with web applications, RESTful Web Services, and Database HANA to create robust backend solutions.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features, resolving technical issues and implementing automation.
  • Implement object-oriented programming concepts, MVC design patterns, and SQL queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years of working experience as a Java Developer.
  • Preferably 1 year in a Product Company as an Employee or Client working as a Java Developer.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience in debugging production issues and customer defects.
  • Strong programming skills and ability to read, analyze, and code review complex codebases written by others.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the development of SAP Ariba Applications.
  • Working knowledge and experience on web applications using Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot frameworks, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA, Restful Web Services, and Database HANA.
  • Knowledge in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in Agile environment, handling Test/QA/Production environments and checking production logs.
  • Familiarity with defect management tools like JIRA.
