Job Description\

As a SAP FICO Manager, you will be responsible for driving the functional and technical design of SAP FI/CO configuration changes based on business requirements.

\
Key Responsibilities:\
  • Design & Mapping: Drive the design and mapping of SAP FI/CO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost & Profit Centre Accounting, Payment Processes) to meet business requirements.\
  • Module Expertise: Configure and manage SAP FI/CO modules with deep knowledge of their functionality and integration with other SAP modules.\
  • Integration: Manage integration points between SAP FI and other SAP modules (MM, PM, PP, SD, SM, HR, PS) to ensure seamless data exchange.\
  • Data Mapping & Gap Analysis: Perform data mapping and identify gaps between As-Is and To-Be processes, ensuring business requirements are addressed.\
  • Collaboration: Cooperate with consultants from other SAP modules for solution design and implementation.\
  • Design Presentation: Present conceptual and technical designs to stakeholders for validation and approval.\
  • Payment & Encryption: Ensure SAP payment and encryption/decryption processes are configured and supported according to business requirements.\
  • Support & Implementation: Provide support during full-cycle implementations and support projects to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications\

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in SAP FICO, including experience in full-cycle implementations and support projects.\
  • Module Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and integration with other SAP modules.\
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.\
  • Background: Accounting background preferred, but not required.\
  • Additional: Experience in EDI/Interface projects and SAP payment processes is desirable.
