Job Title: Senior Financial Management Expert

The role of a Senior Financial Management Expert is to provide expert-level financial management services to clients. This involves managing client relationships, ensuring timely completion of accounting tasks, and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of deadlines
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, auditors, and other stakeholders
  • Oversee stakeholder management, including multiple clients for accounting, financial statements, tax audits, and more
  • Solve problems and manage conflicts effectively
  • Lead teams for timely accounting and compliance tasks
  • Analyze voluminous data and understand its nuances
  • Utilize strong logical and analytical skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of IGAAP and IndAS accounting principles and related aspects
  • Experience in preparing financial statements, tax audit reports, and related schedules
  • Ability to manage balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues efficiently
  • Working knowledge of tax provisions from an accounting perspective, including TDS, payroll compliances, and advance tax computation
  • Strong understanding of capitalization, depreciation under companies Act and Income Tax Act, and various tax provisions for assets
  • Review of general ledger and books of account to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Familiarity with SAP/ERP environments
