Technical Lead for User Experience

We're looking for an experienced frontend engineer who can drive innovation in UI/UX and deliver impactful products.

The role involves leading the development, architecture, and maintenance of frontend apps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to rapidly deliver new features, and mentoring junior engineers to uphold development excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality frontend codebases
  • Collaborate with designers and product teams to design and implement user-centered solutions
  • Own and champion code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects
  • Mentor and review code for junior engineers
  • Advocate for modern frontend best practices and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration
  • Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state
